2. Trade Communications & Non-Circumvention

  • Official Documents: All trade inquiries, including Letters of Intent (LOI) and ICPOs, must be submitted on official company letterhead.

  • Integrity of Data: You agree that all information provided for KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) purposes is accurate and verifiable.

  • Non-Circumvention: Users agree not to bypass RAMZZ to engage directly with our refinery partners or logistics providers disclosed during the negotiation process.

3. Intellectual Property

The content, logo, “Global Mindset with Local Expertise” branding, and technical specifications (including our proprietary breakdown of ULSD 10 PPM and Jet A-1 standards) are the intellectual property of RAMZZ.

  • Branding: The blue and gold visual identity and corporate marks are protected under UAE trademark laws.

  • Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, or “scrape” data from this site for the purpose of price-indexing or competitive analysis without express written consent.

4. Disclaimer of Market Volatility

While RAMZZ strives to provide the “gold standard” of reliability:

  • Pricing: Energy markets are volatile. Real-time quotes are subject to change based on geopolitical shifts and refinery output.

  • Technical Data: Product specifications (ASTM standards) are provided for general guidance. Final quality is strictly verified by third-party inspection (SGS/Intertek) at the port of loading.

5. Limitation of Liability

RAMZZ – Refined Oil Trading LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Market-driven delays beyond our strategic control.

  • The misuse of fuel products once title has passed to the buyer under Incoterms (FOB/CIF).

  • Technical interruptions on the website that may temporarily affect 24/7 responsiveness.

6. Compliance with 2026 Standards

All users agree to utilize RAMZZ products in accordance with global environmental mandates, including Euro 6 and IMO 2025/2026 standards. RAMZZ reserves the right to terminate a professional relationship if a partner is found to be in violation of international trade sanctions or environmental regulations.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
